My name is Lynne Scott and my practice is in Life Coaching/Mentoring, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotist along with teaching the Law of Attraction, Mindfulness, and Manifestation.

My Story

Many people come to me not knowing what they want from life, they just know that they don’t want the one they have right now.
 
Based in London, I coach individuals and couples across the world in person,
via video call or by telephone.

My philosophy is that everyone is unique. “One size does NOT fit all” therefore everyone requires their own solutions

For you, the client, the most important thing is that you feel clearer and have a better understanding of why you do the things you do along with why you react the way you do. It is clear that certain behaviour is inherent and bought on by situations. Therefore my mode of therapy is to incorporate a combination of complementary therapies to provide the best coaching/mentoring suitable to your needs.

My early years in working for Local Government in Housing consisted of working with the most venerable in society, which required skills to listen, understand and Counsel tenants to achieve the best out of there lives by offering them suitable homes and all round solutions to create a comfortable life for themselves and family.  This naturally led me to gain the knowledge I needed to understand human complexities and the challenges faced.

I then went on to become an Interior Designer which still consisted of getting into peoples minds to find out exactly what they wanted to make there environment happy and healthy.  After many years of working between London, America and the Caribbean, I came back to my roots in London and studied Life Coaching, Mentoring, Mental Health, NLP along with Hypnosis, CBT, Mindfulness and Law of Attraction. My life experiences along with book smart studies has given me a secure foundation in dealing with the huge breath of mental health issues that adults in our modern world suffer with.

It is still the case that for many of my clients, Anxiety and/or Depression are the emotional responses that bring them to consider working with a therapist.
